Madeleine Geoghegan

Madeleine was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2023 and is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia. Prior to her admission, Madeleine worked as a paralegal in a family law firm.

Madeleine recognises that every family law matter is different and is committed to providing practical, tailored legal advice to her clients. Madeleine is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for her clients while minimising conflict through dispute resolution wherever possible.

Known for her calm and approachable manner, Madeleine assists clients with parenting matters, property settlements, divorce, spousal maintenance and child support. While Madeleine’s focus is resolving matters through negotiation and mediation, she is a confident advocate when litigation is required.
