Legal structure and use of titles

Barker Evans is an incorporated legal practice which is a corporation for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The Company Director is Nicole Evans. The use of the title ‘Practice Director’ is used to denote seniority and does not purport to hold out that individual as a Company Director for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
