Barker Evans regularly appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in property and parenting matters ranging from the straightforward to the most complex. We act for parties in negotiations, mediations, collaborative divorce, arbitrations and litigation. We also act for parents, interested parties and foster carers in care & protection matters in the Children’s Court.

Our firm also has extensive criminal law experience with AVO’s, assaults, sexual assaults, theft, drugs, mental health applications, firearms, fraud, ASIC prosecutions, Crime Commission matters, bail applications and appeals and Children’s Court matters.
